Group discussion for include Persons with Disabilities in the Labor Market

A group discussion was organized involving a group of private sector businessmen in Aswan, along with young men and women with disabilities, representatives from civil society, and Aswan University. Additionally, training centers, the Labor Directorate, and the Social Solidarity Rehabilitation Department participated.

The discussion addressed several challenges faced by persons with disabilities in the labor market, as well as the challenges employers encounter when hiring person with disabilities and education and training . also discussed the recommendation and solution.

This discussion represents an important step towards promoting the integration of persons with disabilities into the labor market and provides an opportunity for exchanging ideas and solutions among all stakeholders involved.
